Axle/Gears: 4th gen 3.42 Posi LS1

Cowl hood Mod

I bought a steel cowl hood and im looking to cut out the air cleaner portion and towards the latch to open it up like a fiberglass hood to clear my HSR with spacers. Anyone done this to one of these hoods?
