Hood Alignment

I'm currently rehabbing a 90 RS the body is in pretty good shape. the hood is slightly misaligned. the passengers side when closed falls slightly below the fender near the front glass. it lines up at the front edge. I replaced the struts on both sides since they were worn out. It also seems to open unevenly. Any suggestions? Replace the hood brackets/hinges?

thanks for any advise

Re: Hood Alignment

Not sure if you've figured it out yet, but right behind the rear most hinge bolt, closest to the windshield, there's another bolt just hanging out that looks like it's not doing anything. That's the hinge stop. If it's too far down, the hinge will over compress and the hood will sit too low. ...back it out a little bit so the hinge hits it sooner.
