Door hinge
Ok guys have a question just bought a used door for my formula 350 the top hinge will move straight up and down maybe 1/16 of an inch but does not wobble or twist just straight up and down and i know what a pain it is to remove that hinge door is still off car my question is is that normal or will the door sag my thought it it must wobble to sag i would think the up and down movement is normal so it doesent rub or grind when opening and closeing but want to make sure before installing door i live by the motto if it aint broke dont fix it most oe stuff will last a lifetime longer then after market any help would be great thanks

Re: Door hinge
The problem with the upper hinge is usually that it's pin-hole can become "oblong" or oval and that's what causes the excessive sag. I very much doubt that a little up/down travel there is going to be a problem here. It's the side-to-side movement from the upper hole no longer being round that usually causes problems with the door sag.

Re: Door hinge
UP/Down movement is normal. I changed the top and bottom bushes to the greasable ones from TDS but the movement that you are mentioning is still there.
Honestly the car is stil not ready but I dont think it will cause any issues
As you said, the problem would lateral movement
