What kind of printer are you using? What are the available materials?

Anycubic Chiron and a Creative CR10-S4. Both are 400mm x 400mm. Materials are ABS, PLA, PETG, ASA, and PC. Why?

Re: 86 Camaro Sport Coupe Grill with fog lights

I'm still printing if anyone needs one. I print them with or without Fog Light Provisions and with or without license plate holder holes. I have several ready to go, just send me a message.

Thanks,

Ron

Hey Ron, I need one but it won’t let me send you a message. Need one without fog lights.
My email is cdwelds@comcast.net.
Thanks

Re: 86 Camaro Sport Coupe Grill with fog lights

I am pretty desperate to get one of these. I currently have a big hole where a grill used to be. I have an 87 LT Convertible with fog lights. Are you still making them? I'd like to have one with a gloss black finish, fog light cutouts, and holes for a front license plate. I've tried to send you emails a couple of times but they did not go through. Please let me know. Thanks!

Gloss black would need to be made out of PETG filament. Not as UV resistant as ASA but it is very strong and very resistant to chemicals. It will take a while to print one or I might have one already printed, I just have to look in my storage because I use to make them only out of PETG until I discovered that I could print with ASA which last longer and resembles the original grille finish better. If I have to print one, it will be a while because my printers are down waiting for parts.

Hi Ron, it does not have to be gloss black. Flat black or anything you have on hand would be just fine. If you have one already printed, I'd take it, no matter what color it is. I just got this car 2 weeks ago, and there was no grill in it. I'm already tired of looking at the big empty hole. As long as the dimensions are right, the mounting tabs are in the correct location (and they seem to be) and I can put on the front license plate and have the fog lights, I'd be thrilled to have it. By the way, nice work on the grills you have already done. If you have one on the shelf, please let me know. If need be, you can contact me directly at gmbushman@reagan.com. Thanks so much, Ron. You are a lifesaver.
