What is the correct front bumper emblem?
I should know this and I think I do know the answer but it's one of those cases where you look at all the options and you start to doubt yourself. I am restoring a factory correct 1990 IROC-Z. Which of the many front bumper emblems is correct for this car? I know the base Camaro, Z28 and IROC specific emblems were all slightly different. All were red, white, blue vertical stripes but what color is the lower fill supposed to be and what color is the bowtie supposed to be for a 1990 IROC-Z. I am also quite sure it is NOT specific to car color but in case it is, this car is white with silver decals. Please no guessing on this. Prefer an answer from someone who has an original unmolested 1990 car with the original emblem on it.
Thanks everyone.
Thanks everyone.

Should be a silver bowtie on a dark gray background.
Most of the variations were on the early cars. Gold for Berlinetta, Silver for Sport Coupe, Charcoal for Z28. The later cars all used the same emblem, from what I remember. If a person really wanted to know, they could look it up in the Parts and Illustrations catalog.

Sorry for the guess.

Had a few minutes of free time, so I peeked in the book. 1987 Iroc, Z28, and everything 88-92 all use the same part number emblem.
There are about six part numbers total.
