rear hatch panel and aftermarket spoiler

I have mounted a temporary hatch panel so I can work on welding up spoiler butchering holes on originals and it did not bolt up at the correct angle. Not a typical alignment issue. I used the plastic washers as original had them. White one's between upper panel and glass, and black ones between inside support panel and glass. Pictures attached. Also pictures of the spoiler that was on the car. The install was horrible, but after looking at the spoiler I am thinking that it is the spoiler that is horrible and can not be really used. Any advice is welcomed.
