Probably not. Best bet is to find a good rust-free used one.

Hawks sells them in Stainless Steel. I think I have seen regular steel also avail, can't remember if it was Hawks or elsewhere. I will be needing one soon myself. I have a "good" used one, but the stainless steel sounds like a permanent fix.
