Passenger door gap?

This has been bugging me for a bit and also if left outside in rain I can get a few water drops near the passenger footwell. I think my passenger door alignment is off and wanted some suggestions as to repair it. The hinges appear to be in good shape btw but there is so little adjustment to these... Here are some pictures

Notice the gap at the top door interior.

Top and bottom have good sized gap. I removed the door rubber stops and that helped a bit. Driver side is much tighter and flush.

Re: Passenger door gap?

A buddy thought maybe my door latch mechanism might be worn out? But I’m doubtful myself. Also here is a pic of where I saw the water. It’s not a lot but still I dont want to worry when I get caught in the rain. Also the weather strip that goes around the glass and body is new as of last year.

I circled where the droplets were, no sign of water anywhere else in interior which leads me to believe the door alignment is not tight enough.

Re: Passenger door gap?

After I got home had the wife bust out the hose and hit the window, found the leak immediately and it was coming from where the weather strip meets the glass. I solved the issue by cutting a 4 inch piece of black vacuum tubing and wedged it in there. Should work for a fix until I adjust the glass or figure something else out.
