Help Identifying Part

Hello all. I own an 84 Trans am and looking to replace Part no.3 in the right diagram below as mine are stripped out and cracked. (The front turn signal screws go through them). My service manual just refers to it as a "Nut".
I am hoping someone can provide me with a proper name/part no. for the part so that I may find a suitable replacement. Thank you!

This is the factory part number I believe

Thanks, unfortunately it appears that part number is discontinued by GM. Upon searching the part number I've found a few other forum posts with some suggestions for similar parts on the clips and fasteners website, but no exact matches. I will keep looking. Thanks!
