Please help with instrument panel problem!!!

When I turn on my lights the blinkers and high beam light on the instrument panel stay lit. The left side of the guages is lit up very bright but the right side is almost completely out. I know the bulb is still good because I replaced them today. So what is wrong? Please someone help, I cannot even see my tach at night. Thanks

I'm pretty sure it is plugged in all the way I don't see how it wouldn't be. How do I go about finding out if there is a bad connection?
