80's Dealer Installed Body Side Moulding

I went through all the threads I could find on the old 80's style dealer side molding that was rivetted on and had the vinyl press in center. Seems like no one ever answered the various questions on where to find them. Searching around I found a place that actually has them. It is called https://www.customautotrim.com/. It has the chrome rivet on strips. It has the various end caps needed and it has the press in vinyl trim in black or white. So, if you are looking to restore your car to new condition including the dealer installed body side moldings you can still get them...

Re: 80's Dealer Installed Body Side Moulding

I ordered the inserts through them as my door pieces were missing about an inch each. They are very close to original shape, probably the best replacements out there. The color is not an exact match, probably due to age of the ones on my car. So factor in replacing all pieces to ensure uniform color all around.
