87' GTA: Fixing air dam + Front bumper ground effects

Hello,

I am trying to fix/replace the air dam and front bumper ground effects on my 87 gta.

So far,

I am pretty sure these are the parts I need to order:

10030549 (LH)
10030548 (RH)

https://www.ebay.com/itm/29500790229...oAAOSw6-ZiknEC

The actual air dam (1002754) which was eventually superseded by the 3-piece air dam (12395557) I believe is still in working condition, however there is what I believe to be another plastic mounting part I need to replace which is: 10017670

My issue is that I cannot find evidence of this plastic bit (10017670) existing, no pictures to cross reference between good condition ones and my broken one, etc... All I want to do is to fix my air dam so that the engine does not overheat, and to replace the visual front fender ground effects. Any help is appreciated! Thanks

Air dam (good I think) + one of the broken ground effects + plastic bit that needs replacing (10017670)? Can't find this bit anywhere

Both sides look like this
