Buying a 1986 Trans Am and have a question about the ground effects

I am in the process of buying a 1986 Trans Am from a friend of mine that is in admittedly rough shape as it had been partially torn down for body work as well as some engine parts removed for unknown reasons. Also the car has some floor issues due to leaking T Tops. The floor i kind of have a plan for in the form of patching it and trying to keep as much of the original pan intact in terms of the ribs and such. Plus either fabbing up my own subframe connectors or buying some for it. With that out of the way i have a question about the ground effects kit used on the car itself. It has the factory kit however the pieces that go between the front bumper and front wheel are not with the car currently. I have looked up replacements online and have so far only seen them on Hawks and noticed that the ones they sell are for the GTA. I am just wondering what the difference is between the standard Trans Am with ground effects and the GTA if any?

Im not sure why they list it only for the GTA.

The only real difference between the two are the lack of fender vents on the GTA vs the TA which the gfx in back of the front wheel covers up anyway
