Back spoiler loose

Back spoiler loose
The back driver side spoiler is loose.Its moves around when i touch it. Not quite sure how to get to it, if i have to take off the bumper? Not sure.

Near the decklid? If so, the studs come in vertically from the top, no need to pull the bumper, should be able to access with the plastic interior trim removed from the left quarter.
