Is there a write up on here that gives a detailed idea on how to convert the headlights to the newer motors. i have an 89 parts car with brand new headlight motors that i would like to move to my 86.

 

I've never seen a step by step how to thread (but that doesn't mean there isn't one), , but, if it were me, I'd take these two wiring diagrams and using all of the headlight door involved parts from the 89, duplicate the newer circuit into the 86.
