82-83 factory fiberglass hood weight savings
I have a glass hood from an 82 Crossfire car that's just begging to be installed. Has anyone done this swap and weighed the glass against the steel hood? I am hoping to save 30lbs or so. I am not using the ram air flapper assembly so that will save some weight also.

I weighed my 83 glass hood, and it was either 35 or 45 lbs. I can't remember which because it was 3 years ago when I weighed it. After moving around the steel hoods, I would guess they are 60-75lbs but i have not weighed them.
