These were given to me when I bought my 84 trans am and I searched online and couldn’t find any info on them. I want to toss them on ebay to sell but I was shocked I didn’t see anything pop up anywhere when I searched for them.

Those were made to be Velcro’d to the stock front bumper where the indents are by the turn signals.

 

I'd call them turn signal covers, but yeah, as Pontiacknight said, they go on the indentations on the front bumper.
Search for turn signal covers and you'll end up at Classic Industries.
Kind of like what KITT had there early in the show, except they screwed them in place.
