Transmission: 700R4

Axle/Gears: 3.73 With Zexel Torsen Ltd. slip

Help with seat

Does anybody know how to remove the head rest from the driver & passenger seats?? If it helps, they are from 1989, and are the "custom cloth" seats, stock.
