First of all, that is called ground effects (or gfx) not a spoiler. A spoiler is the 3 piece "wing" on your rear hatch and quarterpanels.

Easy to replace. Just remove the old ones, and bolt on new ones. There are screws hidden behind the emblem (it pops out, be careful or you'll break the pins), and you'll have to remove your inner door panel to get to the nuts for the door gfx. If the brace on the rocker panel is bent, straighten it up first.
