MacEwen I think has some, you might also be able to get them from third gen resource, but some folks say they have problems with them, although I have not..

MacEwen are the best ones that ive seen that u can buy IMO.. un4givin89 has some on his site that u can dload and print out..

sorry I have nothing usefull to add except that if you look at the Body and Interior forum there are like 10 posts asking about white face guages. you could prolly just click on one of those to see everyone tell you 'DO A SEARCH' instead of creating your own post so everyone can tell you 'DO A SEARCH'
