Duplicating Interior Textues

just like everyone else, i got dings and scratches in my trim. and another thing i want to do is fill in teh rear seatbelt holes. im thinking fibreglass and than when the resin is still wet, i can rub something on it to continue the textures so it looks stock still. think just a piece of trim with the same texture will work?

the rear seatbelt holes can be eliminated if you find a 89-92 car with the same color interior. When they went to back seat shoulder harness' GM no longer used those holes. for whatever reason...

At least that is what I have found...

It should be lots easier than making something...

When repairing my friend's dash, we used sandpaper an pressed it on there while it was wet. Looks textured like the rest of the dash
