speedo change

If i upgrade from a 115mph gauge cluster to a 145mph gauge cluster will my speedo be off because the numbers on the 145mph speedo are closer together or will it tell how fast i am really going???

by the way the car is a 1991 RS so it has the new speedo set up. forgot to mention that

I have the 145mph cluster complete out of my b4c car (91rs also) if you need one.

u can swap any speedo from 90-92 and they SHOULD read correctly.. the only gauge that u cant swap like that is the tach (v6 tach and v8 tach read a diff siginal)..
