My friend has a 84 camaro and it needs paint so we were going to change the front bumper to iroc style becaue it looks better in our opinions. Anyways my question is, can he just buy the bumper cover and use the old reinforcement bar and crush stuff, or do we need a whole bumper setup from a iroc or z28? Thanks for the help

 

Good question... I was going to put IROC ground effects on my 82 and was told they would bolt right up.... I'm 99% sure the new bumper will bolt up to the stock structure...

 

The IROC bumper will bolt right up with no modifications. I belive that the spoiler uses the same holes on the bottom of the fender.
383 Smoka the rocker panel ground effects will not bolt right in they need a different hole drilled into the body for it to fit correctly.

 

I made some holes put um on. No prob.
