Hood compatability?

Hood compatability?
Can I slap a Cowl Induction hood on my 1991 Firebird? From what I know I was sure I could, but then someone told me that no I couldn't. Thing is, a ram air hood would look great, but so would a cowl hood and I believe the cowl hoods work better for lowering engine compartment temperature. So can i?

I thought the cowls were made for camaros mostly, and i figured i could buy a camaro one (1991 or 1992) and fit it on my 1991 pontiac.

nope the hood are diffrent, the slope of the hood is diffrent from birds to camaros, and birds hoods have headlight cutouts.

cowel hood? Are you referring to the power buldge hood offered on the 82-84 T/A and the 87-92 Formula then yes it will fit...
But as stated before a Camaro hood will NOT fit a firebird or vise verse UNLESS you swapped the whole front clip (aka doghouse)
