Anyone out there got a GM manual that they can scan and email me the pages on how to remove the door glass and regulator? I'm trying to get better access to the crashbar in the door. Want to cut it out to lose some weight(drag car) yet I have to maintain an operational window. Want some idea on the steps on getting that stuff out so I can get to the crashbar easier. Any help would be appreciated.

 

I have a HAYNES, I think it shows how to take out the regulator. It says it should be done by a person with experiance because of the tension the arm is under. It doesnt show how to take out the glass though. Did you want the info from haynes or do you have that book already.

 

jawzforlife1, I already have that manual. I went out and bought a Haynes manual thinking it would have the information. All it has is how to adjust the regulator. I know the GM manual for a Camaro is more detailed. Thanks anyway.
