I need to get the black plates with 4 screws on the roof bar because mine are rusted and are letting water leak in. Does anyone know how to remove them? Thanks in advance. Dan

Well I really don't think I have to take off the whole plate. I just wanted to take off the two plates with 4 screws in them. Thats the only thing that is rusted.

the plate in the center has 3 screws on each side but, the problem is it is one big plate. the remaining screws are at the corners under the weather stripping. (4 total)
