Teflon slides on 88-91 hatch pull down assembly
Anybody have any idea where I might obtain the plastic slides that fit on the sliding armature on an 88 hatch pull down assembly? GM doesn't have a part number for these and mine are trashed. Any help would be appreciated.

The slides aren't serviced by GM, because they want to sell the entire unit to you.... for around $400. Been there, done that already.
You might find some used ones, but your best bet will probably be to pick up an entire extra pulldown unit. I don't imagine anyone will want to pull the slides out of a working unit for you. The units can be found for quite reasonable prices on occasion.
Good luck.

Yes I manufacture the guides you are in need of. I also stock the gear nut and new reinforced motor housings for the 86-91 hatch pull-down units. E-mail me if you need any of these items. Lon
