Removing windows in my '82 Z28

Removing windows in my '82 Z28
I'm restoring my Z doors and need any info on how to remove the windows. They have these bolt or rivet things that are in backwards. If anybody has any experience or information on this then your input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Just the other day I tried to take both windows out of some doors that I bought from the junkyard and inthe process of taking them out they both broke 
Well may take them to a glass guy, cause that what I'm goingto do when I have to replace the window on my camaro
