Brake Options

hey guys i need some help with this. i have a standard 86 camaro with front disk, and drum rear. i would like to upgrade my brakes but am unsure of what to do. i have thought about upgrading to 4 wheel disc brakes, if i do this what do i need to replace(master cylinder?). i have also seen kits from SSBC for the front brakes but none for the rear drum. would there be a problem if i put a new brake setup on the front and left the rear stock, a possible problem. thanks alot guys, any input would be greatly appreciated.
