flex hose on a 89 pbr?

flex hose on a 89 pbr?
How do i get the rubber flex hose off that connects to the splitter on the rearend that goes to the two rear calipers?

ok nevermind i figured that u dont get that off. but is that center flex hose the same on the drum brakes as it is the pbr disks?
