Failed inspection for e-brake
It won't keep the car still when idling so they couldn't even do the emissions test (which I will also fail). What should I look for when fixing this?

Axle/Gears: Floater 9" - 3.64 gears
Convert to PBR rear brakes. The Delco-Morraines are really bad.

Axle/Gears: Limited Slip 3.23's
Or do a search for the rebuilt kit. I did this before I converted to PBR's and the rebuild worked very well.
