PBR slide bracket

I lost one of the bolts from the slide bracket to the backing plate, and caused a slide pin to bend inside the bracket. Now what I need to know is if there is anyone knows a part number for the bracket or if someone makes them. Any help would be appreciated.

You might try Ed Miller (ebmiller) on this board. A second source would be the following, but you'd have to purchase the whole ball of wax:

I first mentioned that the carrier had been discontinued, but I was thinking, of course, of the front carrier. Your number is correct.
