front rotor/wheel friction

my driver side rotor/wheel spins with more difficulty than the one on the left side...is there an area or something I can grease on both sides so that my wheels will spin more freely? Thanks

Do they spin the same when the brakes are removed?

i didn't remove the brakes...i just took off the wheels and spun it around by the studs...i checked the brake pad, i don't think its causing any drag

You can take the brakes off to lubricate the guide pins. If they spin different while the brakes are off it might be time to check your wheel bearings.
