howdy people! i was in the junk yard doing a search for a few things and i came across what i believe was an ls1 year camaro but it had a v-6. it hadn't dawned on me until now but i need the caliper brackets and stuff to do a conversion on a g-body spindle. does anyone know if the v-6 cars came with the same 12" brakes as the v-8 cars? i know the carriers themselves are pricey through gm but ls1 cars get scavenged quickly so i never get a chance to find any with any usable parts on them.

Anyhoo, '98-02 cars all got the same "ls1" brakes, so get them. G-body spindle, huh? I've done that swap before... good luck!
