right front brake locks up

right front brake locks up
i've replaced the entire front end of the suspension minus the a arms. new poly bushings, ball joints, tie rods and ends, drop springs, new rotors, pads, and calipers. however, i have this continuing problem with the alinment/brakes. it seems that the car always pulls to the right. being why i replaced the suspension components. when i put suffiecent force on the brakes, the right front wheel locks up. what causes this. it's rather irritating.
