am planig to to suk air truh the weel and vented disk ther for my weel will stai clean

You want to create some sort of ventillation at the discs so that air will blow through and keep brake dust from building (and also cool the brakes better)?

Here's a brake cooling kit. Anything ran to the front will blow air on the rotors, not 'pull' dust from them.
In other words, your idea won't work. I highly doubt that you would be able to rig up anything to pull enough, brake dust is very fine and goes everywhere.
