LT1-LS1's

Going to do rear swap and had did some searching and wanted to know if the LT1's where just as good as the LS1's? Going to put Ls1's up front and after reading some posts unsure about LS1 rears.And where the LT1's dual piston calipers? Thanks in advance

LT1 rear brakes are just as good as LS1 to the point where you will probably never notice any difference except for that LS1 do have better emergency brakes though, are you doing the whole axle or just brakes? i had a choice of Lt1 and Ls1 and decide for lt1 for the ease of installation of rear emergency brake cables

Thanks Just going to do the brake's for now. So where they a direct bolt on? herd some say the was some said there not.

Transmission: A4, A4, slated to be a T56
LT1s are a direct bolt on right down to the e-brake cables, where the LS1s are not. Personally I'd go with the LT1s for that reason alone, they will give you plenty of rear brake.
