Axle/Gears: 9-Bolt 3.27
Rotors

Will '89 GTA rotors(11.7") fit a '88 GTA(10.5")?

it will fit, but you will need new calipers and backing plate to use those rotors

As indicated, the bigger rotors will not fit your stock set-up.
