Can I do this?

I was looking around the brake board and Ive seen a few different Ideas on how to handle the brake proportioning when you upgrade to C5/LS1. Right now my rear brakes arent doing a damn thing, Ive bled them till I bled! So I was thinking of just taking the stock proportioing valve out and running the rear port on the master cylinder directly to the front brakes and putting a willwood adjustable proportioning valve the in the rear line that will tie into the master cylinder at the front port. basicly having completly seperate front and back brakes once the fluid leaves the master. Is there a problem doing it that way? thanks
