How do I tell if a Camaro has rear discs?

Hello

I looked through the FAQ and did a search for "4 wheel disc," but I didn't come up with anything, so I'm posting this. Is there some way of determining from the model/year/VIN whether or not a Camaro has all wheel disk brakes?

Thanks for any help.

EDIT- In the topic title and message, I meant ALL wheel disc brakes. Sorry.

I dont believe theres a way by the VIN only. If its a Z28 or IROC-Z, it may have disc brakes on 4 corners. Altho Ive seen both Z's with and without them. If its an RS, its probably drum.

Just look, if the rear brakes look like the front, they are disk. If they look like The bottom of a cast iorn pot, they are drums.

pull off the rear wheels, if you dont know what it looks like look at your fronts, if they are the same its disc, if its sealed and you cant see the pads, you have drums which have "shoes" rather than pads.

Don't even need to take the wheels off to see.

Finding RPO code J65 would be the only way to tell if it had rear discs from the factory.

look at it.. if you cant tell a drum brake from a disk, then what does it matter?? almost any car can have disk brakes.. my trans am with pretty much no options, had rear disk brakes.. i had the basic options that most people want.. anyone have a rear window wiper?? i had one.. its gone now but i had one..
