front disc 83' 911 sc

I need some help. I am changing the front discs on my Porsche 911 SC 83'. After removing the old discs pads I am unable to move the inside piston inside the caliper to replace the new discs. It appears stuck or frozen. I am able to move the outside piston though and placed the new pad in place. Any advice as to why the inside piston will not move??

Did you open the bleed screw to let the brake fluid out as you pressed the piston back into the caliper?
