PBR Setup. Dose it fit a Drum Brake Rear Quick HELP!!

I have a quick question. I want to pick this up tomarrow before It gets swiped. There is a PBR setup in my local J-yard. I'm wondering if I get the backing plates Rotors and calipers if I'll be able to bolt them onto my Drum brake rear. I have one of the other Disc Brake rears (Steel calipers) Will they fit on that??

I didn't find much on the search function so I'm just trying to get some quick anwsers.

BTW I'm going to get the Proportioning valve as well.

Won't fit the drum without modification because the axle flanges are different than the disc rear end. The PBR's will fit the disc rear end, though the backing plates must match that rear end (9-bolt for a 9-bolt, 10-bolt for a 10-bolt). Check the following link for the conversion:

Not directly, the backing plate mounting is different. It'll fit the disc rear if they're both 10 bolts and you get the backing plates.

Re: PBR Setup. Dose it fit a Drum Brake Rear Quick HELP!!

I was wondering on what years came with the PBR setups. Thanks a lot guys I'll be going to get them. I'm almost 99% positive my Disc Brake rear is a 10 bolt and I think I counted 10 on the one in the J-yard as well. I'm going to grab the Calipers, rotors, backing plates, and steel lines. I figure I'll replace the hoses and E-brake cables.
Thanks again for the quick information. I definatly would have never found that thread with my search criteria.

Ed Miller probably has something that would let you put discs on a drum rear without any fuss.

Correct, there are plates available to make the swap easy onto a stock drum rear. Any '89-97 rear disc setup will work with them.
