Help with rear disc conversion

I have a 92 RS
I changed the rear end to a 9 bolt BW with disc cast iron calipers for now I plan on upgrading later
After installing the rear end with new reman calipers new ss lines all new hoses I have a soft brake peddle and the rear wheels wont completely stop spinning and the pedal feels soft When I bought the rear end the guy gave me the master cylinder and proportioning valve and said it came off the same car as the rear end I have run about 2 qt of brake fluid threw the system bleeding it and I get no air
There are some # on the pop valve not a good stamping but I think this is what they are NB 35 RH 2457 do these mean any thing they are different then the # on my old pop valve it had MB 34KH 1022
Any help would be great
Thanks Shawn
