I have my spindles cut, brackets made and everything cleaned & painted up for the LS1 brake swap and everything fits fine with about 1/2" of clearance with 1.5" wheelspacers. I could stick corvette calpers on here if I wanted to and still have 1/4" of clearance. I'll have to do a little trimming to the fenders to get things to clear with the wider track. Everything's ready to put on, now I just want to see what other people's solution for the bump stop has been. My idea is to make a small bracket that attaches to the lower adapter bracket bolt from the backside (you can see it sticking out in the pictures) that lines up with the stock bumpstop location.

Are you referring to the "steering stop"?

 

Yep, steering stop. Turns out I don't need a bracket anyway, the bolt lines up perfectly with the stop. All I need to do now is grind it down ~1/2".
