How to do LS1 brake conversion front/rear

I am wanting to change the brakes on my 88 Iroc-z(4 wheel disk brake) to the ls1 rotors/calipers and what ever else is needed. Can I run my stock 16in. IROC wheels with the ls1 brakes? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
