LS1 Brake Upgrade Questions...
Hello, I've looked at every how-to site I could find about the LS1 brake upgrade, and are still left with a few questions I could not find answers to. First, what is a part number for the longer wheel studs, or at least the size/thread I would need to look for. Also, what is the correct thickness of the adapter bracket, I've found one site saying 3/8" and another saying 1/2". Does it make a difference at all? Thanks to anyone who can help!

Re: LS1 Brake Upgrade Questions...
Wheel studs are a Dorman/Motormite overlength stud with standard M12x 1.5 thread, Napa will have them. Bracket thickness will vary depending on spindles, I used a 5/16" bracket. 1/2" is way too thick to use in LS1 applications.

Just curious, will the ARP studs work in this situation? I found a set on summit, but they are 2.5" long. Is that too long, or is there another part number for them in a smaller size. Thanks again!
