Rear Disc Brakes Question

Car: 1989 Iroc-Z Convertible
Engine: 6.0 LQ4 LSX
Transmission: T56
Axle/Gears: Moser 12 bolt w/4.11s
Rear Disc Brakes Question
I just swapped my 10 bolt drum rear out of my 89 IROC for a 10 bolt posi disc rear from an 84 camaro. I need to get a porportioning valve and also change the ebrake cable. What do I need to get? Anyone have part #'s or have any experience doing this. I'm a little confused. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
