there's like a chip in the drum, can those cause squeaks? when i brake it usually chirps like teeteeteeteetee....teee....teee..teeeeeeeeeeee...stop. lol. oh and sorry for cell camera, best i can do

no way. its on the outer edge and nothing should be touching it.

should the drum be replace or is it ok to ride with it for a while

If your axle is even slightly bent it will cause the drums to rub on the backing plate. Check for runout on the axles.
