is this causing the squeak? (photo)

there's like a chip in the drum, can those cause squeaks? when i brake it usually chirps like teeteeteeteetee....teee....teee..teeeeeeeeeeee...stop. lol. oh and sorry for cell camera, best i can do

no way. its on the outer edge and nothing should be touching it.
unless there is something rubbing on it that shouldn't be there.

If your axle is even slightly bent it will cause the drums to rub on the backing plate. Check for runout on the axles.

Front brake-pad tweeters is what I would of checked first....
