Drum to disc questions
Drum to disc questions
Car in question is a 1986 IROC-Z with rear drums.
Are the existing Master Cylinder/Booster the same/compatible to a disc/disc car?
What years are ideal for scavenging?
As for tracking down a proportional valve, are there any identifying part numbers or features on the block to look for? There are a couple cars in a local yard that might have the right part, but the rear ends are gone already.

If the rear is gone, check for RPO J65, the RPO for 4-wheel disc brakes.
