C4 HD Questions

I was going to upgrade to LS1s, but the having to modify the steering stops turned me off. Do the stops need to be modified with either 1LEs or C4HDs?

Re: C4 HD Questions

C4s and LS1 require you to remove the stop, C5s, 1LEs, and Wilwoods can be installed without addressing it. If you look at the back side of the spindle, the A arm bracket doesn't really hit it anyway, it strikes the spindle higher up on the lower spindle "ear" so it can be removed without worry. Yes, I run these brakes.
